Where to get parts

I have a list of parts sources for class E transmitters. The parts for these transmitters are generally available from common, reliable sources such as Mouser, Digikey, Future Electronics and Newark Electronics. There are also numerous surplus outlets which have parts from time to time. Also check the List of sources of parts for more information.

Parts that I currently have:

MOSFETs
Driver ICs
Transistors
Damper Diodes
Power Transformers
PC boards / parts kits

Class E Boards and Part Kits:

These kits consist of PC boards, and optionally, all parts for the boards. PWM board kits are available. ALL modulators MUST interface to the Overload Shutdown / Efficiency Meter board, with proper sequencing and other fail-safe measures to avoid destruction of the modulation, RF amplifier and other components.

The current status of boards and kits is: Out Of Stock
